At ROCCIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ROCCIA account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original protective materials and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
